Durban University of Technology, DUT Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.
How to Request for Academic Record at DUT
STEP 1:
Navigate to – https://www.dut.ac.za/support_services/registrar/
STEP 2:
Click on “Academic Record” and “Code”.
STEP 3:
Your academic record will be sent to your e-mail account.
STEP 4:
You may also request your academic record by completing the Application for academic record or credit certificate (CGS08) (PDF 100KB) for master’s and doctoral students.

Requests for academic transcripts and other related matters should be referred to the relevant Faculty Office for attention. 2. Requests for verifications of qualifications should be referred to MIE(Pty)Ltd www.mie.co.za or QVS www.qvs.co.za.
