Here’s a guide on how to apply:
- Visit the Westcol website.
- Click on “Online Applications”.
- Scroll down to “New Applicants”.
- Register an account or Login using your ID number.
- Select a course(s).
- Complete the application by following the prompts.
- Submit all documents necessary.
Documents Needed To Apply
Applicants are urged to ensure that they upload the following documents in PDF format:
- Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results/Latest school report/DHET certificate
- ID document
- Proof of residence
All documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
Once the application is completed and submitted, candidates will receive notification via email/SMS about their application progress.
In addition, students are also remined to track their application progress via the Westcol student portal.
Should candidates encounter any difficulties with their application they are advised to visit their nearest campus for assistance with the application.
