How To Log Into UJ Student Email

A number of universities have online tools that students use to access their information anytime and anywhere. One of these tools includes the student email that is mainly used as an internal for communication amongst lecturers, students and also university staff.

Student emails are an essential part of online learning, as they provide a platform for virtual interactions and discussions. This is also a crucial tool for academic success and staying connected with the university community.

Many universities use it for authentication and verification purposes, such as logging into online portals and accessing university resources.

If you are a registered student at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), follow these steps to log into your student email:

  1. Go to the institution’s official website.
  2. Click on the “Current Students” tab on the homepage.
  3. Click on the “Email” link under the “Quick Links” section.
  4. Enter your UJ student number and password.
  5. Click on the “Sign In” button.

Once you have diligently followed these instructions, you will then be successfully logged in to your UJ student email account.

The email address is only active if a student is affiliated with the university, and this email address provides a student access to the Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
