UNISA Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.
How to Request for Academic Record at UNISA
You can request your academic record via myUnisa, here is what to do.
STEP 1:
Login to myUnisa.
STEP 2:
Click on “Academic Record” and “Code”.
STEP 3:
Your academic record will be sent to your myLife e-mail account.
STEP 4:
You may also request your academic record by completing the Application for academic record or credit certificate (CGS08) (PDF 100KB) for master’s and doctoral students.
