- Click on the green bar which says ‘click here to lodge an appeal or check appeal status‘
- Enter your South African ID number
- Enter your phone number used to submit your application
- Click ‘send pin‘
- Enter the pin and click ‘submit‘
- Select the month you are submitting an appeal for
- Select the drop down arrow and choose the reason for your appeal
- Click ‘Submit‘ and look out for the confirmation message on the page that your appeal for R350 was submitted successfully
