SASSA grant payment dates for April 2023. More than 16 million South Africans benefit from the various social grants provided by the government and distributed by South African Social Security Agency (SASSA).

  • The Older Person’s/ Pensioners Grant will be paid on Tuesday, 4th April 2023
  • The Disability Grant will be paid on Wednesday, 5th April 2023
  • All other grants are expected to be paid on Thursday, 6th April 2023

These payments can be received by SASSA beneficiaries from the relevant supermarkets such as Shoprite, Checkers, USave, Boxer and Pick n Pay. For better convenience to receive your grant money, SASSA grant payments can be made directly into the beneficiaries’ bank accounts.
