The University of South Africa (Unisa) has opened their registration period for 2025. This includes registration for undergraduate, honours, postgraduate diploma, master’s and doctorate students. check the Registration dates below;
Here’s the Unisa Registration Dates for 2025
- Undergraduate qualifications
- Semester modules: 9 January until 3 February 2025
- Year modules: 9 January until 20 March 2025
- Honours degrees & postgraduate diplomas
- Semester modules: 9 January until 3 February 2025
- Year modules: 9 January until 31 March 2025
- Master’s and doctoral qualifications
- 9 January until 31 March 2025 (some exceptions apply)
Both new applicants and Unisa students applying for a new qualification may only register if they have received an offer of placement from Unisa and they have accepted the offer online.
Re-registering (returning) Unisa students must register for the 2025 academic year during the applicable registration period.
Students must take note of the following dates by which the initial minimum payment must be made in order for their registration to be finalised:Â
- Undergraduate qualifications:
- Semester modules: 28 February 2025
- Year Modules: 20 March 2025
- Honours degrees and Postgraduate diplomas:
- Semester modules: 28 February 2025
- Year Modules: 31Â March 2025
