What is Vutela Login?
Vutela Login is a process of logging into Vutela Blackboard. VUT Vutela Blackboard is official Vaal University of Technology student portal. You need Vutela Login details to access the dashboard of this Learning Management System (LMS). To login to Vutela, you need to visit https://vut.blackboard.com/webapps/login/ on your web-browser.
How to Login to Vutela Dashboard?
To access the Vutela Blackboard as student, you must know your Blackboard Login details, which are your username and password. Here’s how to login to Vutela VUT Blackboard.
- Step 1: Open your internet browser e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- Step 2: Go to https://vut.blackboard.com/webapps/login/
- Step 3: Select ‘VUT – Student Login’.
- Step 4: Enter your username and password.
- Step 5: Click ‘Login’.
Once you’ve logged into the Blackboard Vutela, scroll down the page to ‘Course Categories’ and ‘Select’ your School. Once you’ve chosen your school, you can therefore, select your course or check for your course in your department. VUT Vutela Blackboard allows VUT students to see the content for their course.
How to Update VUT Vutela Login Password?
- Step 1: Open your Google Chrome or preferred browser
- Step 2: Type https://sso-student.vut.ac.za/adfs/portal/updatepassword/ – in the browser and press enter.
- Step 3: Type your VUT student email.
- Step 4: Type your old or default password.
- Step 5: Type New password.
- Step 6: Confirm New Password.
- Step 7: Click submit to complete – Your password should be updated.
How to Reset VUT Vutela Blackboard Login Password?
To reset your VUT Vutela Blackboard Login password, you need to visit https://resetmypassword.vut.ac.za/default.aspx. To change your password, provide information for one option only: Username or Email Address.
Here is how to reset Vutela VUT blackboard password:
- Step 1: Open your Google Chrome or preferred browser
- Step 2: Type in https://resetmypassword.vut.ac.za on the browser and press enter
- Step 3: Type in your username (Student Number) and click next
- Step 4: Answer the 3 questions you are presented with as you answered them during password
registration process, and click next. - Step 5: If you answered your questions correctly, you will be presented with a screen to enter your
NEW password. - Step 6: Type new password
- Step 7: Re-type new password
- Step 8: Click next and your password should be reset.
