How to Request for Transcript at CUT

Central University of Technology, CUT Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.

How to Request Academic Records at CUT

You can request your academic record via the Syllabus and Academic Records page, here is what to do.

STEP 1:

Login to Syllabus and Academic Records Page.

STEP 2:

Send an e-mail with the request to the responsible staff member

STEP 3:

Provide the following information:

• Full names and surname
• Student number
• Qualification
• Contact details: e-mail and mobile number ​

STEP 4:

Attach Electronic Copies of The Following Documents:

• Copy of Identity Document
• Proof of Payment

STEP 5:

Get the contact information and call for a request for your Study records.
