This article contains information on the ICollege Application form and requirements for admission into certificate, professional & diploma programs for the 2023/2024 academic year. Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.
ICOLLEGE ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Application to ICollege is basically online NOTWITHSTANDING on your preference. Kindly follow the following instructions stated below.
ICollege Online Application Procedure
- Complete the online registration and payment form through the link stated below. Once you have submitted proof of payment, you will receive your login details.
- Your application must be done ONLINE on your smartphone/tablet/computer.
- Simply upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by the administrative department.
- Your application will be completed once all of the necessary fees have been paid.
OR
Kindly supply your phone number and email address (if you have one) to iCollege and inform them which campus is closest to you, and they’ll get someone to give you a call as soon as possible. You can check on their website where the nearest campus is to you and visit them.
HOW THE ICOLLEGE REGISTRATION PROCESS WORK
- Complete the registration form
- Attach a copy of your ID, highest qualifications Certificate, registration fee deposit slip (with your ID number as your reference)
- Submit all the above documents to the branch you’re going to study at
- You will receive a verification SMS to confirm your enrolment to the course
- Thereafter you will receive a SMS after successful acceptance of your course with information about your induction date and classes
Upload Supporting Documentation
Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and ICollege students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted. ICollege does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.
ICOLLEGE REGISTRATION FEE
The application fee is R700.
Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through the ICollege is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period
ICOLLEGE APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Only a copy of your ID, latest qualification results and proof of address if possible. After registration you have to pay a once-off registration fee into the iCollege bank account.
IMPORTANT: When paying the registration fee, use your ID number as reference
ICOLLEGE ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements for a student to enroll for an iCOLLEGE PROGRAMME is a Grade 10 certificate but Grade 12 students will have preference over others. Depending on your highest qualification (the grade that you passed at school) you will be granted access to all or only some of the available PROGRAMME courses. For example, students that passed Grade 12 can register for all courses but students with a Grade 10 can only register for NQF 2 courses. The school have full time interactive classes with face to face facilitation. As a Private FET College, they offer students National SETA accredited courses at various campuses nationwide.
All students that apply for a PROGRAMME MUST meet these requirements:
- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18-27
- Unemployed**Please note: Students that are accepted into a PROGRAMME may not be employed and/or receive UIF for the duration of the COURSE.
All PROGRAMMES are on a full-time basis for a 12 month term.
