How to Check and Print Your NSC Statement of Results Online
Applicants should note the following.
- Go to the E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS Portal (accessible from the NSC statement of results website: https://www.education.gov.za/MatricResults/ExamResults.aspx)
- Enter your Exam No, then;
- Click on SEARCH
- The results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate and school
- Click on PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS
A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser.
If you get a message saying, “The statement of results has been successfully generated,” but the statement is not shown in the browser, you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process from step 2.
PLEASE NOTE:
- A device with a web browser and an active connection to the internet will be required to perform this task.
- NSC full-time candidates may access their individual results on this website from 6am on 20 January 2023.
- The results that are reflected on this website are the results of the National Senior Certificate examination.
- The Statement of Results is available from 20 January 2023 at the school/exam centre where the candidate wrote.
- Some candidates’ results may be excluded from the results published on this website for technical reasons. If a candidate’s results do not show, the candidate should please enquire at the centre where they wrote or district/provincial office.
- The Department of Basic Education reserves the right to change any of the information published on this website.
Important: There is a second opportunity to complete or improve your results. You can register for the May/June 2023 examination; the closing date for applications is February 8, 2023. Admission requirements are on the reverse side of your Statement of Results.
