How to Request for Transcript at UFS

University of the Free State, UFS Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.

How to Request Academic Records at UFS

You can request your academic record via the Academic Record and Transcript, here is what to do.

STEP 1:

Login to Academic Record and Transcript

STEP 2:

For non-registered students, to get official (stamped) records, your account must be fully paid, you must be in good standing with the university, and you need to pay the amounts set out in the transcript request form.

While registered students for the current academic year will only pay after receiving their third free copy.

STEP 3:

Complete the UFS Request Form and send it to transcripts@ufs.ac.za

KNOW THIS:

You can send the completed DV8 and supporting documents to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za or submit it to Student Academic Services, George du Toit Building, Bloemfontein Campus, Nelson Mandela Drive.
