North-West University, NWU Academic Record means a transcript, diploma, or grade report. An academic Record means an official document showing the marks/grades obtained by the applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.
How to Request for Academic Record at NWU
You can request your academic record via the Student Academic Lifecycle Administration, here is what to do.
REQUIREMENTS
Should you wish to get your Study records please note that you will require:
- Must be accompanied by the proof of payment.
- The request will take 3-5 days to process.
- Study Fees must be up to date (018 299 2668/9)

Login to Student Academic Lifecycle Administration.
STEP 2:
Select your campus
STEP 3:
Get the contact information and call for a request for your Study records.
